Pineapple Parade Quilt Class Recap

Kathy, our educator, guided this wonderful group of women through quilting with decorative stitches using applique techniques.  With her expertise, attendees learned about backing a small quilt and the tricks to make this project come together beautifully.  The hardest decision was picking which of the delicate stitches to accent the pineapple shapes.

Each project was unique when completed and with lunch, snacks, and refreshments provided, these sewing students were satisfied all afternoon.  One of the best things about taking classes at Luke’s Sewing Centers is the family atmosphere.  Spending the day with an energetic group of women who share in your hobbies and passions is the heart of our business.  Everyone who attended this class finished their project, made new friends, and learned new skills to take home and use on their own projects.
