Block of the Month in Elsmere is making fantastic progress! For April, they made a colorful flower block. This month, we learned how to add textureand dimensional fringe with the applique foot – and used a variety of applique stitches to add even more variety. We also learned a great corner technique – and used some new tools. A fabric glue pen helped us tack down the rick-rack, and used a bias-cut tube to make the stem. It was great fun!
