Elsmsere’s Veronica made a special trip out to Tri County on the 21st for a special Thursday VIP Club meeting! Club kicked off with a dinner of ravioli, Ziti Alfredo, and bread sticks.

Luke’s Elmsere location brought VIP Club back with a stunning trunk show and new machine! The night kicked off with dinner – chicken, salad and fresh fruit. As everyone ate, Margaret took the stage to highlight some of our upcoming events. We have so many exciting classes and events coming up – we just had to share them with you!

Then, Veronica demonstrated the new Janome 6700 – a powerhouse sit down quilter that will become a beloved tool in any sewer’s arsenal. It’s fast – able to reach speeds of 1200 stitches per minute and it’s all metal interior means it’s incredibly strong. If you missed out on the demonstration – stop in and check it out for yourself!

After she wowed the crowd with the 6700, Luke’s staffed presented a trunk show of our newest samples. Anita Gooddesign released so many great new designs in recent months – we just had to share them! We also brought out some old favorites to share!

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Luke’s VIP Club without a big winner. Congratulations to Sharon N! She went home with a gift basket of stabilizers, thread, scissors, and lots of notions.

It’s Christmas in July at Luke’s! We took a break from the heat and looked forward to the holidays during our VIP Clubs on Tuesday and Wednesday. Veronica (Elsmere), JoAnne and Laquitta (Tri County) presented lovely Trunk Shows from famed embroidery and quilt designer Hope Yoder.

Luke’s Elsmere’s night started with a dinner of chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes and cake for dessert. Tri County had pizza, salad, and cookies. VIP guests got to catch up with friends and take some up close peaks at some of the samples as they ate. They were also treated to 30% off VIP Club items – including hoops and stabilizers.

After shopping and dinner, our educators took the stage to present Hope Yoder’s work! Hope’s designs feature trendy embroidery and quilting for all our Viking, Elna, and Janome customers. Yoder’s deigns goes from trendy, to modern, to traditional and back again. There was something for everyone at this trunk show! Some designs were as inexpensive as $15!

Since we were celebrating Christmas in July – there were gifts! Everyone who wore red for the festivities received a free spool of thread in addition to numerous door prizes. The big winner of the night at Luke’s Elsmere was Anna M! She went home with a collection of Hope Yoder designs, a collection of Iris thread, and a pair of applique scissors – worth over $550! Wow! Congrats Anna!
